If you are wanting to buy ANY real estate in Georgia then you would want to search for a Buyer's Agent AKA Selling Agent AKA Buyer's Broker AKA Buying Agent. Note: there is a difference between Selling Agent & Seller's Agent.
A Real Estate Agent and a Realtor are both legally licensed to perform the same duties and do the same thing. There should NOT be any difference in the quality of service you receive from either, contrary to popular belief.
A Georgia Real Estate Agent is state licensed to perform ANY of the above listed tasks. Some Agents choose to only work with Buyers?or Seller's, but we're legally licensed to do all Real Estate transactions in Georgia.
