- Thank you, and We're Listening In response to massive user backlash over yesterday's announcement of forthcoming changes to Instagram's Terms of Service, co-founder Kevin Systrom wrote an official statement to address user concerns. Systrom stresses that Instagram does not claim any ownership rights over users photos and never intends to sell user photos or use them in advertisements. Rather, they want brands and users alike to be able to promote their accounts and display account followers, much like Facebook does with Sponsored Posts. - Google Starts Putting Meebo to Use: New Google+ Social Sharing Bar Spotted on the Web (Updated) Google+ started rolling out a new social sharing bar spotted on sites like TV Guide. The bar, a product of Google's acquisition of Meebo, floats at the bottom of the page and connects to your Google+ profile.
